Data collected

Through the contact form: your name, your organization (optional), your email address, the subject and content of your message, and the language of the page you wrote from. When you send it, the host may record technical data, such as your IP address, to filter unwanted submissions.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used only to reply to your message. The processing is based on the legitimate interest in replying to messages received (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) and, when your message concerns an engagement, a training or a talk, on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).

Recipients and hosting

I am the only recipient of your messages. They are received and stored by the site’s host, Netlify, Inc., which acts as a processor and filters unwanted submissions. Netlify states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the European Union (Netlify privacy policy, updated April 10, 2026).

Retention period

At most 3 years from our last exchange, then deletion. This period follows the guidelines of the CNIL, the French data protection authority, on managing commercial activities.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it or request its portability by writing to contact@mehdibouzouad.fr. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: your visit sends no data to any third-party service other than the host.
